I’m Vidhi — a PACFA Clinical Counsellor and trauma -informed practitioner. I offer therapy with presence, care, and deep respect for the stories we carry silently.
Before I became a therapist, I moved through seasons of change across countries, careers, and identities.
I’ve lived the experience of quiet grief, internal disorientation, and the longing to belong in unfamiliar spaces.
I speak English, Hindi, Gujarati, and am semi-fluent in Marathi. Some emotional textures—words, memories, or sensations—don’t always translate easily. They live in pauses, in metaphor, in language felt more deeply than spoken. In our work, all of them are welcome.
With a Master of Psychotherapy & Counselling and experience in supporting clients across cultures, mental health challenges and transitions, I offer therapy that is:
- Relational – rooted in connection and trust
- Reflective – making meaning through shared insight
- Restorative – gently guiding you back to yourself
My approach is integrative—drawing from EMDR, person-centred therapy, and trauma-informed care to meet each client as they are. EMDR offers a structured way to gently process distressing memories and emotional overwhelm. For clients navigating trauma or feeling “stuck,” it provides clarity without needing to retell everything. Other times, healing unfolds through deep listening, reflective dialogue, or simply feeling safe enough to pause.
Healing doesn’t begin with a label.
It begins when you feel safe enough to stop performing.
