What’s in Your Cup?

When did you last stop?

Not for someone.
Not for something.

But for you.

But where is it running to?
Where is the finish line?

As the year draws to a close, and the holidays knock gently at the door, many of us feel full.

Full of commitments.
Full of roles.

Parenting. Work. Social obligations.
Even joy can feel crowded.
So here’s a quiet invitation:

Pause.

Take a breath.

Ask yourself:

What’s in my cup?

 And…

How can I create space?

Maybe it’s five mindful minutes.
Maybe it’s letting go of one role for a day.
Maybe it’s slowing down and watching the rain.
